Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LogicStage Debate Studio’s website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to participate in group cohorts. Younger learners may engage through private coaching with a guardian’s participation.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after we send written confirmation and payment is received.
- Prices are in USD and may change prior to confirmation.
- Refund policy: Full refund before session one; 50% refund after session one; no refunds from session three onward, except as required by law.
Scheduling
We may reschedule sessions due to coach availability or events beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice and alternatives.
Code of Conduct
- Maintain respectful communication with peers and coaches.
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow tournament rules and academic integrity standards.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, and rubrics are owned by LogicStage Debate Studio or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal study.
User Content
You retain rights to your submissions and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to deliver services and improve coaching quality.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee competition results or outcomes. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicStage Debate Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for harmful behavior.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version supersedes prior versions upon posting.
